About Suzanne Struijck
Suzanne Struijck is an award winning real estate agent who has made sales in excess of $100m. She has sold everything from luxury homes and top-end apartments in the exclusive areas of Parnell, Herne Bay and the Viaduct in Auckland, to off-the-plan developments. She has been involved with numerous design, renovation and building projects working alongside top New Zealand architects.
For Suzanne, success has come through a down-to-earth approach and the understanding that real estate is about people and the unique needs they bring to every transaction.
A winning personality with significant property know-how, Suzanne successfully presented the 2004 TVNZ prime-time real estate series, “House Call” – a reality show assisting vendors with properties in need of attention, to boost value and profitability.
It’s a skill that comes naturally to Suzanne who can take an ordinary property and turn it into a fantastic marketing campaign, finding the qualities that others would overlook, to maximise results. She knows what sells and what doesn’t and is not afraid to be direct with vendors about it. She is 100% focussed on detail and presentation.
But Suzanne is also a country girl at heart. As a one-time equestrian show jumper, she enjoys rural lifestyle living and has a good understanding of rural property ownership. Though she loves the real estate environment, she is just as happy in overalls and gumboots working on the land. Indeed, Suzanne prides herself on being right at home in any situation. Her adaptability saw her move three years ago from Matakana to Cambridge for her young children’s joint schooling and equestrian pursuits and she has since renovated a barn on a seven-acre block into a beautiful family home.
An entrepreneurial character, Suzanne developed and launched nationwide a range of antibacterial & disinfectant products she has developed for horses in 2016, which has proven to be a highly successful venture. [see www.farmassist.co.nz.]
